Michelle Harder is a devoted mother of two, a certified Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki I & II practitioner, and a 600-hour Ayurvedic Health Counselor trained through Dancing Shiva Yoga & Ayurveda. She is also a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, a 200-hour yoga teacher, and holds a 100-hour Foundations of Sound Healing certification from The Soul of Yoga.
But beyond her trainings, Michelle is a woman who walks through life with softness, gratitude, and a deep reverence for the sacred.
Her healing work is an extension of her heart — a quiet offering of presence, safety, and unconditional care.
Blending her love of the healing arts, Michelle weaves together four-handed massage, energy work, sound touch therapy, intuitive guidance, and warm oil Ayurvedic practices to support profound relaxation, nervous system repair, emotional unwinding, and spiritual transformation.
A lover of nature, sisterhood, sacred retreat spaces, and personal growth, Michelle believes in walking through life side by side — learning, evolving, healing, and rising together.
Her approach is rooted in the belief that we all carry a divine spark, and when we are held with compassion and warmth, that spark grows brighter.
She leads with gentleness and grounded presence, creating spaces where women feel seen, understood, nourished, and deeply supported.
Michelle’s intention — always — is to bring more love, light, and connection into the world, one beautiful being at a time.
